  Carefully pack the items in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive at our studio safely and in resellable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
